(Zukhuruf) 43 : 51
وَنَادَىٰ فِرْعَوْنُ فِي قَوْمِهِ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَلَيْسَ لِي مُلْكُ مِصْرَ وَهَٰذِهِ الْأَنْهَارُ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِي ۖ أَفَلَا تُبْصِرُونَ

And Pharoah made an announcement among his people; he asked: Oh my people! Doesn’t the sovereignty of Egypt belong to me? Aren’t these rivers flowing beneath me? Then don’t you become the Insightful?

As explained in verses 79: 24-25, Pharoah who declared that “I am the Supreme Lord of you” is saying to his people that I have the kingship of Egypt-Miswr-and is asking that don’t you see that the ‘River Nile’ flowing beneath me according to my permission? See explanation 10: 88; and 20: 42-44.
